Our client, a leading company in the Insurance industry, is currently seeking a talented individual to join their Data Analytics department as a Senior Pricing Manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to improve customer retention
- Analyse data to recommend pricing adjustments for personal lines products
- Collaborate with product development team to enhance existing offerings
- Utilise data analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and track the impact of pricing decisions on customer retention
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in personal lines pricing
Key skills:
- Experience in Personal Lines Pricing & Product Development
- Strong background in data analytics and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience using Radar & Emblem (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
