Our client require an experienced PMO/PM/Test manager to act as the single point of contact for coordinating the Global Back Office activities (GBO) and deliverables for each release/project and client/corporate projects impacting GBO.

Task & Responsibilities
- Interface into GBO and out of GBO (SPOC)
- Manage GBO expectations towards projects
- Coordinate impact analysis & effort estimation for offering
- Project capacity and plan
- Request and challenge the budget
- Collecting and addressing of GBO issues
- GBO Test coordination : Collect test cases to be executed and setup Quality Center (QC) for each release, manage and maintain GBO domain and support GBO users on QC training and troubleshooting
- Coordinate alignment meetings, prepare weekly project/ test progress updates, communicate changes to the plan, general support to test resources on problem solving coordination
- Cutover coordination: organize and communicate cutover staffing & plan, coordinate the resources on cutover day for testing, communicate and troubleshoot issues vs Test and Project Management Go/No Go decisions coordination and communication
