Our client, a large and stable P&C insurer, is seeking a Workers Compensation Claims Unit Manager to join their Claims department. This is a permanent job position with opportunities for further advancement down the line.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Workers Compensation Adjusters
- Oversee Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas jurisdictions
- Provide guidance and support on coverage, liability, and litigation management
- Ensure proper reserves are established
Key Skills:
- Background handling Lost Time Workers Compensation claims
- Management/leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Active adjusters license
