Job Title: AP Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Manage master data creation and change (vendor)
- Review, approve, update, and reject invoices
- Monitor cash position for payments
- Timesheet management
- Process Invoices
- Process payments and send for approval
- Monitor reports
- Generate payment files
- Process checks
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- SAP experience a preferred
- Experience in continual improvement
- Experience around managing data quality and data traceability for reporting
