This Swiss Salesforce Specialist Consultancy working throughout Switzerland and Germany are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to consult their clients as the lead consultant from a business perspective. The company are currently going through an exciting growth period and will be growing throughout Germany in the coming months which will give you the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects with several unique clients as well as guide the team with best SF practices.
The Role
- Lead the SF consulting with customers across both Switzerland and Germany
- Advise and guide customers and the wider team in the Salesforce Platform with Salesforce specific solutions
- Have pragmatic discussions with clients and the team to create highly relevant and quality solutions
- Lead the team with Salesforce best practices to ensure quality delivered to clients remains high and consistent throughout the company
Your Profile
- Several years' experience working with Salesforce either as a consultant or as a SF Solution Architect
- Experience leading and supporting junior staff to ensure best practices are met
- Confident and approachable to effectively support clients with the SF requirements
- German Fluency is required with English as a bonus
- Background within business and widespread understanding of business solutions is a bonus
