** Junior Business Analyst / Junior Change Analyst - Insurance - Remote working/Surrey or Belfast - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract **
A leading Insurance business based in the Surrey, is looking for a Junior Business Analyst / Junior Change Analyst to join a high-profile project focused around on boarding new partners along with managing change back logs of incidents and requests. You will have the opportunity to assess operational impact reviewing user stories and signing off subsequent delivery as well as looking at all changes which need to me met to the agreed standards.
The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 1 years' experience working within insurance as either a Junior Business Analyst or Junior Change Analyst working across operational impact, identifying risk and mitigation/controls. You will need to be able to provide ideas towards new ways of working across the clients current operational processes. It would a bonus is you have supported delivery from a 3rd party vendor and have experience on upgrades and updates to systems and test plans.
You will have to come from a AGILE background and have worked across finance change projects looking at operational processes and ways to improve this function.
Key Skills:
- STRONG AGILE EXPERIENCE
- 1 years' experience as a Junior Business Analyst or Junior Change Analyst
- Operational process experience
- MUST have worked within Life and Pensions or Insurance
- Good stakeholder skills
