Oliver James Consulting is supporting a well known financial services firm who are embarking on one of the largest digital transformation programmes which will accelerate their customer experience agenda both internally and externally.
We are looking for full stack developers who have solid experience in Java, Spring, Springboot, JSON, Restful API, OpenAPI, RAML, ReactJS.
Other essential skills:
- Good understanding of both RDBMS & NoSQL databases technologies such as Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis or equivalent
- 8-10 years of relevant System development, or design experience in delivery role in financial services environment.
- Experience of working with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) and continuous testing tools
- Experience working within an Agile environment
- Programming experience in one or more of the following languages: Python, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, Go, Groovy, Scala
- Experience managing AWS cloud workloads, especially EC2, EKS, RDS, VPC, and CloudWatch
- Ability to quickly acquire new skills and tools
- Financial services experience in either Banking, Insurance or Wealth
