I am looking for someone with impeccable relationship management skills who is able to operate at a senior level with C suit professionals.

You may be been working for a local or EU / UK based regulator, advisory firm or indeed have held a senior position within a bank its self. Either way you need to have gained detailed knowledge of conduct risk and the implications it has for the banking industry.
